Do the biggest loser trainers get more money if their team wins?

I would think that Bob and Jillian, are getting paid large for being on the biggest loser.  Although Bob won the challenge fair and square, but he clearly made the choices he did not so much for the contestants, but so he could be the winning coach this year.  I lost some respect for him.  Of course he is going to choose teams that give him an avantage, but he dumped the team that chose him first, and that didn’t show a lot of class.

It’s no longer a fair competition, the teams are so unevenly matched it’s not even funny. 

And Jackie????? She tells the girl (I can’t remember if it was Brittany or Jenn) but look you’re under 200lbs!!  As someone who has been over 200lbs, you don’t need someone else to remind you about the joy of being under, but it obviously was not good enough tonight because the black team needed bigger numbers….I guess it is easier to point out the positive when you have nothing to lose.

I like the yellow team now.  They seem to be really there for the right reasons, and aside from last weeks bad judgement, they have been pretty good.  I am amazed however that they are still there.  They’ve been below the line, and lost 0 and gained 3 pounds today…they must have a horseshoe up their butts.

In other news….if you’re going to have your actors doing CPR on a show…..have them do it right!

The Biggest loser just defeated it’s own purpose

Ok so it might have something to do with the fact that my favorite team was eliminated, but I don’t see the point of the twist the show took tonight. 

 The way they did it tonight made no sense, if I was there I might lose focus and think well what is the point of going on because it doesn’t matter if I work hard and lose weight, if I am not as liked then I will get voted off. 

It was dumb.  Oh and I totally lost respect for the orange team.

The Biggest Loser…my obsession

I love the biggest loser.  It is one of my favorite shows.  You can check out what the show is all about if you don’t know yet, at NBC.com 

Like all reality shows there are teams or individuals competing for a prize, and naturally as a viewer, I pick who I like and who I can not stand based on what the producers decide to show us.

So far this season I think I like the pink team the best.  Betty Sue and Ali.  It’s a mother and daughter team.  Betty Sue has a sense of humor that I get, plus she is determined to work out no matter what.

I also kind of like the orange team, Jackie and her son Dan.

I am pretty much don’t care about the other teams right now.  I don’t really pay attention to them.

 However there is always the team in every reality show that you just can’t stand, and for me that is the purple team.  Maggie and Jen, it’s not because they don’t try because they do.  They just don’t get my vote, there is just something about them that I don’t like.  I hope they go home soon.

Body Break

OK so every once in a while these body break commercials come on.  You know Hal Johnson and Joanne McLeod, and their motto “Keep fit, and Have Fun.”

I’ve seen them on the TV since I was a kid, they do these little 90 second commercials about fitness and healthy living.

It seems to me these days that Joanne always seems out of breath when she is giving her talk.  It’s hard to pay attention to what she is saying sometimes.

I hate exercise either way.
