Diet update

Well I was too tired to write anything yesterday, so I’ll give the diet update now.  I lost 4lbs last week.  I had a so-so week, I did not eat too much extra, and there were days when I was so tired that I was too nauseous to eat at all so the serious week is this week, and already I’ve had a peanut buster parfait….why does there have to be a dairy queen so close to my work?

We’ve labeled this week “family week” at the church, which just means it is spring break and all activities are cancelled, to give families extra time to spend together…for me it means extra time to be alone and relax.  So I am getting ready to do just that tonight.  I am going to slip into some sweats and sit on the couch and watch the Biggest Loser.  It is a favorite show of mine, which I sometimes have to miss because I usually have a practice on Tuesdays.  I might add another update later with my thoughts about the biggest loser episode tonight.

    Thanks for stopping by. I love the biggest loser, I wish I could be on it. I’ve read Jillian Michaels book Winning by Losing, and I am trying to follow what she says, but it’s hard when you don’t have your own personal trainer on a secluded ranch. (not to lessen the work the contestants have done but even they say they could not have done it without the show)
